Tony Snow job

Near as I can tell, the phrase "Moonbat Grotto" made its first appearance in a Sept. 26, 2005 column by ex-Fox News pundit and former Bush the Elder speechwriter Tony Snow:
WASHINGTON, D.C. -- Harry Reid was a famously nice guy before he became the Senate Democratic leader. Although reliably partisan, he built a well-earned reputation for playing the role of nice guy, the man of genial calm.

No more: The senator this week made official his descent into the Moonbat Grotto by issuing a lame rebuke of John Roberts, the president's choice to become the next chief justice of the Supreme Court.
Now that Snow is once again shilling for the White House -- he was named presidential spokesthingy today -- perhaps it is time to elevate Moonbat Grotto to something approaching reality. Virtual will have to do for the moment. Although, there is a small town a few miles from my place called Bat Cave...
